A Typical Day in Our Library Space
Before school
- Mr Pringle offers tutoring in our campfire space
- Our distance education students come and work online with their tutors
- Students are welcomed into the library to work, read or play a game together
- Debating groups hold a meeting to plan their next debate.
During class hours
- English classes are able to spread out to do research
- Students collect their class reading novel.
- Individual students use our quiet rooms to record audio assignments
- Photocopying
- Book borrowing.
Lunch time
- The fun activities enjoyed, include: lego, cards, jigsaw, chess, Dungeons and Dragons
- Debating, studying, reading for pleasure and individual work are also accommodated.
After school
- Staff meetings in the campfire
- Photocopying
- Borrowing and returning books
We are very blessed to have such a lovely new space and the whole community uses and loves it as much as the library staff do.
